Human Capital Corporation

Human Capital Corporation is based in Dombivli West, specifically at 7, Aryadeep CHS in Shastri Nagar. We are on Kopar Road, tucked behind the K.D.M.C. Hospital. It is a very local spot, and most people around here know the hospital landmark. We’ve been working out of this society for a while now, focusing on recruitment and helping people find their way into new roles. It’s not a polished corporate office with marble floors. It’s more of a community-based workplace where we sit down and talk to people about their skills. Being in Thane district, specifically Dombivli, means we see a lot of commuters and hard-working people every day. We try to keep our process as simple as we can. There is a lot of back-and-forth between us and the companies we work with, but we don't make a big deal out of it. We just look at the resumes, make the calls, and see what fits. Some days are slow and others are completely packed with interviews, but that is the nature of this work. We don't use a lot of big words or empty promises. It’s just about finding a job for someone who needs it and a worker for a boss who is looking. We like being near the hospital and the residential buildings because it feels like we are part of the real world, not some isolated business park. It is a practical way to earn a living.
