Hrrman Rubber Products

Our place is located at W-401 in the TTC Industrial Area, specifically in the MIDC Rabale section. It’s a typical industrial unit with high ceilings and the smell of raw rubber always hanging in the air. We’ve been making various rubber products here for a long time. It’s not the cleanest job in the world. The machines are old but they still work well enough to get the gaskets and seals pressed out every day. I spend most of my time on the floor making sure the molds are set right and the heat is where it needs to be. Rabale is a busy area with a lot of trucks moving in and out, so the noise is constant. We don’t have a big sales team or anything like that. Usually, people just call us or send an email when they need a batch of parts for their own machinery. We handle the mixing of the compounds ourselves, which is a bit of a dirty process, but it’s the only way to make sure the rubber is the right density. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it ourselves instead of hitting our production numbers. It is just the way things go in a small factory like ours. We don’t try to be something we aren't. We are just a local rubber shop trying to keep our customers satisfied with what we make by hand.
