Hollow Circlips Industries

Our shop is located in the Krishna Laxmi Industrial Premises, units 109 to 111, over in Vartak Nagar. Being in Thane West means we are right in the middle of a lot of industrial activity. Hollow Circlips Industries is really just a place where we focus on making our products and getting them out the door. It’s an industrial estate, so it sounds like one too, with machines running and trucks moving in and out all the time. The space isn't huge, but we make the most of it by keeping everything organized in those three units. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea stall guy knows our names. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things by hand to make sure they are okay. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big signs. Most of our day is spent on the floor, making sure the production is moving along as it should. The weather in Thane can get really humid, which makes the metalwork a bit tougher, but we’re used to it by now. It’s a simple setup where we focus on the task at hand. We don't have a lot of corporate meetings; we just talk across the room when something needs doing. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and try to finish our orders on time every week.
