We run Havayu Consultants LLP from Flat 102 in Great Residency. It’s located in Siddharth Nagar, which is part of the Majiwada area in Thane. It’s a quiet residential building, so it makes for a calm place to get work done. We aren’t a big company with a high-rise office. It’s just a flat where we’ve set up our desks and equipment. We do various types of consulting work depending on what our clients need at the time. Being in Majiwada is handy because it’s well-connected to the rest of Thane. We don't have any flashy signs or a big marketing budget. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have worked with us before. We just try to be honest and do the work that’s expected of us. Sometimes we’re working late into the evening if a project is due. The neighborhood is nice and we’ve gotten to know some of the neighbors. It’s a very simple setup. We don't use any fancy business jargon. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. We like the fact that we don’t have to deal with a corporate environment every day. It’s just us, our tea, and the files we need to sort through. We’ve been at this for a while and it seems to work out okay. We just keep things practical and stay focused on the tasks.
