Our company, Gripil, is located at 1067 East Chandansar. It’s a bit out of the way for some, but it suits us just fine. A good landmark for finding us is the Kolhapuri Dhaba; we are right behind it. Sometimes the smell of the food from the dhaba makes us all very hungry before the lunch hour even starts. The area around Chandansar is a mix of quiet spots and busy patches of road. Our building is a simple structure. We don't have any big corporate glass walls. Inside, it’s mostly just us working with the medicine bottles and boxes. There is a lot of dust from the road outside, so we are always wiping things down. It gets quiet in the evenings when the traffic dies down. We have a few trees nearby that give a bit of shade during the hottest parts of the day. The staff here are mostly local people. We talk about the weather or how the commute was. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere, even when we have a lot of orders to fill. We don't use any fancy systems, just a lot of hard work and making sure we don't miss anything. It’s an honest way to work. Behind that dhaba, we just keep doing what we do every day without much fuss or noise. It’s a good enough place to be for us.
