Goodwill Pharma is located in Airoli, which is a busy part of Navi Mumbai. We have been operating here for some time now, and we’ve seen how much the area has changed with all the new buildings and people moving in. Our shop is just a regular place where we keep the medicines and supplies that people need. It’s not a very big space, but we make sure every inch of it is used well. Most of our work is just staying behind the counter and helping whoever walks in with a prescription or a question. We don't do any big advertising or anything like that. Most people just know us from word of mouth or because they live nearby. The mornings are usually the busiest when we are getting everything ready for the day. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk. It’s just part of the job. We aren't a big chain, just a local business trying to do things right in our own way.
