Gokanya Dairy Farms Private Limited is based over in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. Our office is in Flat 301 on Plot 3 A in Sector 46 A. It’s a residential-style building, which makes for a fairly calm working environment compared to the more crowded parts of the city. We chose this spot because it’s accessible but not too hectic. Most of our work involves managing the dairy farm operations from a distance, so we spend a lot of time on our laptops and mobile phones here. We don't have a big corporate team or a fancy board room. It’s just a few of us in an apartment-style office making sure the milk gets to where it needs to go and the accounts are settled at the end of the month. Nerul is a nice area with a lot of greenery, and we like being here. Sometimes the internet acts up or the monsoon rains make the commute a bit of a mess, but we deal with it. We aren't here to win any awards for our office design. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks that keep a dairy business running. It’s a lot of mundane work, checking schedules and talking to suppliers, but it’s important. We keep things honest and straightforward. No big missions or complicated values, just regular people working in a regular office in Navi Mumbai.
