Perch Fisheries Llp is located in Thane West. We have a small place at Flat 5, Brindavan Park. It’s in the 37 Brindavan Park Chsl on N.G. Road. This is the 400601 area. A big warehouse is not where we are. This flat is used for all our administrative work. Actual fishing and handling happens elsewhere. But this is where we plan everything. Different kinds of fish are what we deal with. It’s a competitive business in Thane. Knowing the right people at the docks is necessary. A lot of time is spent on our phones coordinating deliveries. Sometimes the catch is good, sometimes it isn't. Nature is like that. This started as a small partnership. There are just a few of us. Fancy titles don't exist here. We all just do what needs to be done. Staying up late to talk to suppliers is sometimes required. Other times it means driving out to check on the stock. Corporate talk isn't used by us. We just say things as they are. The office can get a bit crowded when we are all there. But it’s a good spot. Being in Brindavan makes it easy to get around. We've lived in this part of Maharashtra for most of our lives. Local tastes are well known to us. We just try to keep things moving and make enough to keep going. Hustle is part of it. We are just trying to make it work in Thane.
