Freelance Recruiter

I work as a Freelance Recruiter out of my place in Mathura Niketan. It’s unit B/102 in the Kasturi Garden Complex, which is in Bhayandar West. The big landmark is the Big Bazaar nearby, so I tell everyone to look for that first. Thane 401101 is a busy area but the complex itself is okay once you get inside the gate. Since I’m a freelancer, it’s mostly just me here with my phone and laptop. I spend a lot of my day talking to people and looking at resumes. The living room serves as the main workspace. It’s not a formal office with a receptionist or anything like that. Sometimes the doorbell rings with a delivery or a neighbor stopping by, and that’s just how it goes when you work from home. Being near the market means it’s easy to step out for a coffee or to clear my head when the calls get to be too much. The internet usually stays stable, which is the main thing I need. I’ve lived in this part of Bhayandar for a while, so I know the shortcuts to avoid the worst traffic. It’s a decent setup for what I do. I don't need a huge staff or a downtown office. I just need a quiet corner and a good connection to get people hired. It’s straightforward work and I like the flexibility of being in my own space.
