Our office is at Number 13 in the Parishram CHS building. We are situated on G. Gupte Cross Road Number 2 in the Vishnunagar area of Dombivli West. The pin code is 421 202. Flsmidth Ltd has been operating from this apartment-style office for a good bit of time. It is a residential society, so we try to keep the noise down to respect the families living around us. The building is one of those older ones that has a lot of character. You can see the laundry hanging from the balconies nearby. It’s a very local vibe. Walking from the station takes about ten or fifteen minutes if you move fast. We see the same people every morning at the small tea stall near the gate. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have some metal cupboards for files and a few computers on wooden desks. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy reception desk. We just answer the door ourselves when someone knocks. The light in the afternoons is quite nice through the main window. Sometimes the elevator is out of service, so we get our exercise on the stairs. It’s a very normal, grounded place to work. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just come in, handle the business for the day, and go home.
