Fleet Management Maritime Education Academy

The academy is over at The Great Eastern Galleria, which is in Sector 4 of Nerul. We are at unit number 122. It’s a well-known building in this part of Navi Mumbai, so it is quite easy to spot. Fleet Management Maritime Education Academy is where we handle all the stuff related to training people for the shipping and maritime industry. It’s a bit of a niche area, but since we are near the coast and the ports, it makes sense to be here. The office isn't overly fancy, but we have enough space for the books and the equipment we use to show how things work on a ship. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a full group in, but we manage. Nerul is a good spot for us because it is easy for students to get to. We don't do all the high-pressure sales stuff you see from some bigger schools. We are just people who have been around ships and want to pass on that knowledge. Most of the time, you'll find us sitting around a table drinking tea and going over safety manuals or navigation charts. It is a bit of a lived-in space, and we like it because it feels more like a real workplace than a cold classroom. We just focus on the basics and try to get everyone ready for sea.
