Our office for First Global Securities Ltd is down at 11 Bhaskar Mhatre Chawl. It’s in the Chincholi Pada area on Subhash Road, over in Dombivli West. If you know the 421202 area, you know it’s a busy, traditional kind of neighborhood. We aren't in a high-rise building. It’s a ground-level sort of place, very much part of the local scene. There’s always noise from the street, people walking by, and the usual sounds of the Chawl. We keep the doors open most of the time to get a breeze through the room. Inside, it’s just us and our desks. We deal with a lot of paperwork and records every day. It’s not a flashy setup at all. We’ve got old wooden desks and some shelves that are pretty packed with folders and ledgers. People from the neighborhood stop in sometimes just to ask questions or get some help with their documents. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We know the area well and we like being part of the community here in Dombivli. It’s honest work. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or art for the walls. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Some days are slower than others, especially when it rains hard and the road outside gets muddy. But usually, we are just here, working through the files and keeping things moving as best as we can without making a fuss.
