Being on the ground floor is really convenient for us. We have a modest setup here. It’s basically a converted flat where we do all our educational work and handle our daily business. The atmosphere is very local and laid-back. We aren't trying to look like a big bank or a fancy private school. It’s just a place with some wooden tables and chairs where the learning happens. We have neighbors living all around us and above us, so we try to keep the noise down during the day. The society is quite old and has a lot of big trees that keep the area cool. We’ve been working out of this flat for a bit now and we like the routine. Our day usually starts early and we have people coming in and out throughout the afternoon. It’s a very practical way to run things. We don't have any flashy signs outside, just a small nameplate on the door. It’s honest work in a regular neighborhood.
