Fexmon Agrofin India Private Limited is based out of Plot No K 1, specifically in Wing I-107, right in the heart of the Anand Nagar MIDC area over in Ambernath East. It’s a busy spot with lots of trucks coming and going, which makes sense for what we do. We handle things related to agriculture and finance, hence the name. The office isn't anything fancy to look at, just a practical space where we sit and manage the daily tasks. We deal with a lot of local farmers and small businesses around here. It gets quite loud during the day with all the industrial activity nearby, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We started this because there was a need for this kind of help in the Ambernath area. Most of our day is spent looking at spreadsheets or talking on the phone with people from the nearby villages. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us, working through the piles of paperwork and making sure things are lined up correctly. The weather in this part of Maharashtra can be unpredictable, especially during the monsoon, so sometimes we’re stuck inside more than we’d like. We like the local vibe of Anand Nagar. People know where to find us if they need something sorted out with their land or their finances. It is a straightforward operation. We just show up, do the job, and try to keep things running smoothly for everyone.
