Our team works out of the 8th floor of the Reliable Tech Park over in Airoli. It is a big building with a lot of different companies, so there is always a crowd at the elevators in the morning. Being up on the 8th floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, but we usually have the blinds drawn so we can focus on our screens and paperwork. We handle various pharmaceutical tasks, which involves a lot of coordination and keeping track of many moving parts. Airoli has become quite a hub for businesses like ours, and the tech park provides a decent environment for getting things done. We do not have any of those fancy break rooms or game tables you hear about; we just have a small pantry where we make our tea and talk about the day's tasks. The work can be repetitive at times, but it requires a lot of attention to detail to make sure everything is accurate. We are just a group of regular people who show up, do the work, and head home to our families in the evening. The commute from Mumbai can be long, so we try to be efficient with our time while we are here. We do not use a lot of big words to describe what we do because the work mostly speaks for itself. It is a steady routine that we have grown quite used to over the years.
