Ems

We are based over in Thane West, specifically in the Gandhi Nagar area on Pokhran Road Number 2. If you know the Samaj Mandir Hall, we are right near there. It’s a busy part of town but it feels like a real community. Ems is a small team and we’ve been working out of this spot for a good while. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it works for what we need. We handle a lot of technical work and project management. Some days are spent entirely on the phone, and other days we’re out meeting people. Being near the hall means there’s always something going on nearby, like weddings or local meetings. It gives the area a lot of energy. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just rely on the work we do. The desks are a bit crowded and we have wires running everywhere, but we know where everything is. Thane is a great place to be because it’s connected to everything, though the traffic on Pokhran Road can be a nightmare during rush hour. We usually start the day with a quick chat about what needs to get done and then we just get to it. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We like being part of the local scene here in Gandhi Nagar and seeing familiar faces every day.
