We are out in Vasai, specifically in the N.J. Industrial Estate in Chinchpada Waliv. Our unit is number 21, right in the Gokhivare area. Vasai has become quite the hub for industries lately, and we’ve been part of it for some time now. The estate is always buzzing with activity. We work with plastic components here. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we take it seriously. The machines hum all day, and there's always someone checking the parts coming off the line. We aren't a high-tech lab; we're a workshop where people get their hands dirty. The floors are concrete and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it's a good place to work. We have a small crew of guys who have been here since the start. We usually eat lunch together in the small break area we set up. It feels more like a community than a company sometimes. We get orders from all over, but we still feel like a local Vasai business. We don't have any marketing experts on staff. We just answer the phone, take the order, and make the parts. If someone comes by with a problem, we sit down and try to figure it out together. There's no fancy mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some old photos. We like it that way and just keep the machines running every day.
