Our office is at B-18 in the Punit Industrial Complex on the Thane-Belapur Road. We are right across from the Turbhe Railway Station which is very convenient for getting here. You can see the trains stopping and the crowds of people rushing out every few minutes. The complex is quite large and there is always some kind of work happening in the other units. We deal with power tools so there is often the sound of something being tested or repaired. It is an industrial area so it is not very pretty but it is where the work happens. We have shelves full of inventory and benches where we check the equipment. We keep a pot of tea going for most of the day. The traffic on the Thane-Belapur Road is constant and the noise of the trucks is something we have just gotten used to. We have some regular customers who drop by because they are working on sites nearby. We are just a small team of people who know our way around a drill and a grinder. We don't have a fancy lobby or anyone to greet you at the door. You just walk in and find us among the boxes. It is a straightforward place for people who need their tools to work properly. We just stay busy and try to keep everything moving as best as we can.
