Deshpandes Classes

If you are in Kalyan City, you probably know Shivaji Chowk. Our classes are right there, on the first floor of the Vithal Mandir Building. We are actually situated just above the Dena Bank, so that’s a good way to find the entrance. It’s a very central location, which is good for students coming from different parts of Thane. Being on the first floor is convenient because the stairs aren't too bad. The building itself is an older one, typical for this part of the city. Shivaji Chowk is always buzzing with people, buses, and rickshaws, so it can get quite loud outside. We try to keep the windows shut to block out some of the noise during the lectures. Inside, the rooms are simple. We’ve got the usual benches and a board for writing. We don't spend money on fancy interiors or air conditioning; we just keep it functional. It’s a place where work gets done. We handle the classes ourselves and talk to the parents when they drop by. It’s a bit of a squeeze when a big batch comes in, but we manage. Most of the kids who come here are from nearby schools. They like that they can grab a snack at the nearby shops after class. We’ve been operating from this building for quite some time now and know the area well.
