Deshmukh Dairy Farms Llp

We spend most of our time out at the farm or managing things from our spot at Rainart CHS in Vartak Nagar. It is a busy area near the Ayyappa Temple, and most days start way before the sun is actually up. Handling dairy is a lot of work that people don't always see. We have been doing this for a while now under the Deshmukh name. Most of what we do involves looking after the animals and making sure the milk gets where it needs to go every single morning without any delays. It’s not a fancy office job, honestly. My boots are usually dirty and there is always something that needs fixing or a delivery that is running behind. Being in A Wing of this building gives us a base, but the real work happens in the sheds. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us trying to keep things moving. Some days are harder than others, especially when the weather isn't helping, but that is just part of the life we chose. We keep the paperwork over here in Thane, but my mind is usually on the herd. It is basic work, really. People need milk, and we provide it. There isn’t much more to the story than that. We just show up and do the job every day.
