Crossworld

You can find Crossworld right across from the Bank of Baroda on Gokhale Road. It’s a busy spot with lots of people walking by and cars honking all the time. We’ve been at this location for a while now and we like being in the middle of everything. The shop isn't huge but we fit a lot of stuff into the small space we have. We spend most of our time talking to people who walk in off the street to ask questions. Gokhale Road is always noisy with traffic but you get used to it after a few days of working here. We don't have a team of marketing experts or a fancy website to manage. It's just us and the work we do every day. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several people come in at once and the phone starts ringing. We have shelves that are a bit disorganized but we know exactly where everything is kept. The floor is a bit worn out from all the footsteps over the years. We keep a pot of tea going most of the afternoon to stay awake. It’s a very local kind of place where people stop by just to say hello even if they aren't buying anything that day. We try to be helpful and honest about what we have in stock and what we don't. There is no corporate manual here to follow. We just handle things as they come up and keep the doors open.
