Comfort Engineering

Comfort Engineering is situated in the basement of Laxmi Sagar Apartment, specifically units 1 and 2. We are on Shiv Mandir Road, number 28, which is pretty close to the Commissioner Bungalow in Amber Nath South. Working out of a basement means it stays a bit cooler during the hot months, but we don't get much natural light. It’s a cozy enough space once you get used to it. We have our machinery set up in one part and a small area for paperwork in the other. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of materials delivered at once. People usually find us by looking for the apartment building and then coming down the stairs. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, except for when there’s a function at the temple nearby. We handle various engineering tasks, mostly mechanical stuff that requires a bit of precision. It’s a small operation, and we don't have a lot of staff running around. We just handle things as they come in. There isn't any fancy signage, just a simple nameplate so people know they’re in the right place. We've been here long enough that we know most of the people in the building. It’s a practical location for us. We don't worry about looking like a big corporation; we just focus on the repairs and projects on our bench.
