Cipla Ltd

Our little office is tucked away in Sandhya CHS, specifically Rh 23, Room Number 5 in Sudama Nagar. Being in Dombivli East, especially with the 421204 pin code, means we are right in the thick of things. It’s a residential society, so it doesn't feel like a cold business park at all. You hear kids playing outside and neighbors chatting while we are trying to count inventory or update our records. It is a bit small inside, and we have had to get creative with how we stack the folders and the spare stationery. The walk from the station can be a bit long if you’re carrying bags, so we usually just take an auto. The room gets a nice breeze in the evening, which is good because it can get stuffy with all the computers running. We aren't doing anything flashy here. We just handle the local side of things for Cipla Ltd. It's mostly about answering phones and making sure the local distribution isn't hitting any snags. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour, and we just sit and wait or talk about what’s for lunch. It’s a very human way to work. We don't have uniform policies or big boardrooms. We just have our desks, our tea mugs, and a lot of work to finish before the weekend comes around. It’s just a regular part of life in Sudama Nagar for us.
