Cheezy Bytzz

We've been here in Jogeshwari West 6 for a while now. It’s not a huge place, just a small shop where we handle everything ourselves. Most days start early with getting things ready before the afternoon rush kicks in. People around here know where we are, right near the main path. We chose the name Cheezy Bytzz because it sounded okay at the time, and we do use a lot of cheese in what we make. It gets pretty loud sometimes with the traffic outside and people stopping by for a quick bite. We don't have fancy chairs or anything, just the basics to get the job done. Sometimes the electricity acts up, but we manage. Most of our regulars are just people living nearby or guys finishing their shifts. They usually know what they want before they even walk in. We don’t spend much time on decorations. The walls are plain, and we keep the counter clean as much as possible. It’s a lot of work staying on your feet all day, especially when the weather gets humid. My cousin helps out when it gets busy, otherwise it’s just me and one other guy. We don't do anything too complicated. We just stick to the menu and try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. It’s a simple life running a spot like this in Jogeshwari, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills.
