We are based at 24A/2, Brindavan Society, right on the ground floor of the building. It’s a residential area, so it stays a bit quieter than being out in the main market or near the station. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in without having to deal with stairs or elevators. We handle various holiday packages and travel arrangements for families and groups. The office isn't very large, just enough room for a few desks and some chairs for visitors to sit on. We have some maps on the wall, but they’re getting a bit old and faded now. Most of our work is done on the computers anyway. We spend a lot of time looking for the best prices for hotels and flights for our clients. Sometimes we stay late when someone has a problem with their trip or a flight gets canceled. It's not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of back-and-forth with hotels and transport guys. We try to keep everything straight, but sometimes the paperwork gets a little mixed up on busy days. We have a tea guy who comes by twice a day, which is usually the highlight for most of us. The society around us is pretty calm and friendly. We've been in this spot for several years and most of the neighbors know us. We don't have a big sales team or anything. It's just us.
