Our office is situated at 3 704 Royal Residancy on Jail Road, right by the Adharwadi Chowk in Kalyan West. We are quite close to the Bharat Gass Depot, which is the easiest way to explain where we are to anyone visiting. Being in Kalyan, especially in a residential building like Royal Residancy, gives our work at Bonanza Portfolio Ltd a very grounded feel. It’s a busy area, and the Adharwadi Chowk always has something going on, whether it's traffic or local vendors. Inside the office, things are much more controlled. We have our computers set up and we spend the majority of our time looking at data and managing various tasks. The walk from the station can be a bit long when it’s raining, but we’ve all gotten used to the commute. The building itself is decent, and being on one of the higher floors gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding rooftops. We don't have any polished corporate mission statements on the walls. Instead, we have stacks of files and a few coffee mugs scattered around. It’s a real working environment where we deal with real issues every day. We value the fact that we are in a neighborhood where people actually live and work, rather than some isolated industrial park. It makes the daily grind feel a bit more human and connected to the city of Kalyan, and that is just how we like it.
