Vedant Exports

Our place, Vedant Exports, is located inside the Brahmand Complex. We are in Phase-iv, specifically in building C/2, room number 303. This is over in the Azadnagar area, right off the main L. B. S. Marg. If you spend any time in Mumbai, you know that L. B. S. Marg is a road that never really gets a break. There is always a bus or a truck rumbling past. The Brahmand Complex is actually quite large, so it took us a little while to get our bearings when we first moved in. Phase-iv is tucked a bit further back from the road, which is nice because it keeps things a little quieter than being right on the edge of the traffic. Our office space is not very large. We have just enough room for the computers and a small corner table where we keep the kettle for making tea. We spend a lot of our time here, especially when things get busy. The walls are mostly bare and the floor is showing some wear and tear, but it is a solid place for us to work. We do not really do the whole corporate lifestyle. There are no long meetings or fancy presentations here. We just handle the paperwork and talk to people on the telephone all day. Sometimes the rain gets heavy and we have to watch for small leaks, but it is just a normal, hardworking office. (252 words)
