Arzoo.Com. Our office is located in Navi Mumbai, specifically at Flat 106 in the Kunal 2 building. We are over in Sector 21 of Nerul. It’s a decent area, pretty residential but there are enough businesses around to keep things interesting. Plot 206/207 is where you’ll find the building. We’ve been operating out of this flat for a while, and it serves us well for the online stuff we do. Even though we have a dot com name, we still need a physical place to sit and get the work done. Nerul is a good spot because it’s connected well to the rest of Mumbai, though the traffic on the highway can be a pain sometimes. We aren't a huge team, just a handful of people working on the computers and taking care of customer requests. The office feels more like a home, which I think makes the atmosphere a bit more relaxed. We don’t wear suits or anything like that. Usually, it’s just jeans and tea while we sort out whatever comes up on the website that day. Sometimes the internet acts up, but that’s just life in Navi Mumbai. We’ve got our routine down now, from checking orders in the morning to finishing up late in the evening. It’s a practical setup and it keeps our costs down, which is important for us. If you’re ever in Sector 21, you’ll probably see the building near the main market area.
