We have been over here at R-854 in the TTC Industrial Area for a while now. If you know Rabale, you know it is a busy spot with lots of trucks moving around at all hours. Our building is right in the middle of it all. Most of the folks who work here come in from nearby parts of Navi Mumbai every morning. It gets pretty loud during shift changes, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We deal with pharma packaging stuff, mostly keeping the machines running and making sure everything is sorted out before it leaves the gate. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the paperwork done and have our tea breaks. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it a bit of a headache to get in, especially when the monsoon hits and the streets get a bit messy. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is a lot of routine, checking boxes and looking at labels, but it keeps us busy. The guys on the floor know their way around the equipment better than anyone. We aren't trying to do anything flashy, just making sure the daily tasks are finished by the time the sun goes down. It is a steady place to be and we have got a good group of people who have been around for years. We do not spend much time on decorations or looking slick.
