Apricus Advisors is set up in Pacifica, specifically C 406 at Casa Rio. That complex is right on Kalyan Shil Road, which everyone around here knows because the traffic can be a real headache. Being in the C wing on the fourth floor is actually quite nice once you get inside and away from the noise of the trucks on the main road. The office is basically a flat that we have filled with office chairs and some long tables. It is a simple setup. We spend the whole day looking at advisory documents and talking to clients on our mobiles. Sometimes it gets a little crowded when everyone is in the room at once, but we manage. The view from the balcony is mostly just other buildings in the complex, but at least there is some natural light coming in. We do not have any big neon signs out front or anything fancy. If you are looking for us, you just come through the main gates of Pacifica and find our building. Working here feels different from being in a city center because it is more of a residential neighborhood vibe. There is a small shop downstairs if we need to grab some snacks or a new pen. The road outside is always under some kind of construction it feels like, so we just got used to the dust. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the files end up in big piles on the floor when things get busy.
