If you know Pokharan Road No. 2 in Thane West, you know it can get a bit busy around here during the day. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. It's just a regular space where we get our work done. Nothing fancy. Sometimes the lift in Rameshwar building acts up, but we make it work. Most days it’s just us handling things as they come. We started out small and kept it that way because it's manageable. You might miss the entrance if you aren't looking closely, but once you find the Neelkanth complex, it's pretty straightforward. We don't have a big sign or anything like that. It’s mostly just people from around the neighborhood or folks who heard about us through word of mouth. We try to keep things quiet and productive. The weather gets pretty humid here in Thane, especially in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast. It’s a lived-in space, not some sterile office you see in the magazines. There are files everywhere and probably too many coffee mugs on the desks. We like it this way. It feels like home to us.
