Our place is over at Plot No W 116 (A) in the TTC Industrial Area, specifically the Khairane part of MIDC. It’s a busy zone. You can hear the hum of the neighboring factories all day long. At Advanced Bolting Solutions, we spend a lot of time dealing with tools and bolts. It’s not very glamorous, but it’s what we do. The office gets a bit dusty because of all the trucks passing by on the main road, but we try to keep the inside tidy enough to work. We have a small team here. Some of us have been here since the start, while others joined along the way. We don't have those big motivational posters on the walls. We just have a calendar and a bunch of clipboards with notes scribbled on them. Sometimes we run out of biscuits for the evening tea, which is always a bit of a crisis. We just focus on getting the right tools to the people who need them. Most of the day is spent on the phone or checking the stock in the back. It’s a simple setup. We don't use big words to describe ourselves. We are just a local business in a big industrial patch trying to get the job done right. If things get busy, we stay late. That’s just the way it goes here in Khairane. We’ve been at it for a while and plan to stay.
