Rainbow Computer Point

If you go down Krishnasamy Street in Palavanthangal, you’ll find us at number 12. The shop is small and usually has a few computers opened up on the counter. There are wires everywhere, tangled up under the desks or hanging from the shelves. We spend our time looking at screens or trying to find a specific screw that dropped on the floor. It’s a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is. The street outside is usually full of people going about their business, so we get a lot of locals dropping in with a laptop that won't turn on or a printer that's acting up. We have a small stool for people to sit on while they explain what’s wrong. The hum of cooling fans is the main sound you hear in here. We aren't a big chain store, just a local point for computer things. The walls are covered in some old posters for software and some metal shelves holding spare keyboards, mice, and random bits of plastic. It’s a bit cramped when more than two people are inside at once, so sometimes customers just wait out on the sidewalk. We like being in Palavanthangal because it feels like a real community where people know each other's names. Most days are just about troubleshooting and trying to get things working again for the folks who live nearby. It's a simple, busy life in this little tech corner.
