You can find us at No. 406/ B on T. H. Road in Thiruvottiyur. We are right near the Wimco Govt. High School, so it's easy to spot us if you're in the area. We work with wood. Mostly we make furniture and different types of handicrafts. The shop is always covered in a thin layer of sawdust. It’s been that way since we opened. We don’t have a fancy showroom with bright lights. Most of what we do is right there in the back. You can hear the saws running most of the day. We make chairs, tables, and cabinets. Sometimes people bring in an old piece of wood and ask us to turn it into something useful. We don't use a lot of big machines; it’s mostly hand tools and a lot of patience. Thiruvottiyur is a crowded place, and our shop is no different. We have wood stacked up against the walls and half-finished projects everywhere. It’s a bit messy but we know where everything is. We don't have a sales team. If you come in, you'll probably talk to one of the guys actually doing the carving. We take our time on the joints and the finish because we want things to stay together. It’s hard on the hands and the back, but it’s what we know. We just make furniture that people can actually use for a long time.
