Our office is located at House No. 94-4 1 in Thukran Pet, which is part of the Chowttapal Mandal in Nalgonda. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to the big cities, but that’s where the work is for us. We spend a lot of time thinking about agriculture and how to help things grow better around here. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters with glass walls. It’s just a house that we’ve turned into our base of operations. Most of the time, we’re out in the fields or visiting different spots in the mandal, so the office might be empty for a few hours during the day. We’ve got some paperwork and tech stuff we manage from there, but the real work happens on the ground. People in Nalgonda know that farming isn't easy, and we try to provide some services that make it a bit more manageable. We aren't trying to sell anyone anything they don't need. It’s more about being part of the community and doing our bit. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the roads get muddy, but we just work around it. The staff is mostly local folks who understand how things work in this district. We don't have any big speeches or mission statements posted on the walls. We just show up, see what needs to be done for the day, and get to it. That’s how we’ve always operated in Thukran Pet.
