Maddirala Mandal Agro Fed Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our office is right here in Maddirala village at H No.8-73. We are part of the Maddirala Mandal in the Nalgonda district, near Thungathurthi. This is a very rural spot, so things move a bit slower than they do in the big cities. We are a farmer producer company, which means our whole focus is on the people living and working right here in our mandal. The office is just a simple room with a couple of tables and a bench for people to sit on while they wait. We don't have any fancy technology, just the basics to keep our records straight. Often, the power goes out in the afternoons, so we just open the doors to let the light in and keep talking. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. We have to be aware of what’s happening in the fields and what the government is saying about crop prices. There’s a lot of shouting back and forth sometimes when things get busy, but it’s all in good spirit. We don't have any corporate training. Most of us just learned by doing.
