Banothu Vijaya

My name is Banothu Vijaya and I live and work at H. No. 3-144 in Sirikonda village. This is in the Mothey mandal area. It is a small place where everyone pretty much knows each other. I spend most of my days taking care of the work that needs to be done right here from my home. It is not a big company with offices and managers. It is just me handling the daily responsibilities. Living in a village like Sirikonda means life is tied to the seasons and the local community. I have a routine that I follow, starting early before the heat gets too bad. There is always something to do, whether it's paperwork or tending to local needs. I don't use any fancy language to describe what I do. It is just part of the everyday life here in Mothey. People stop by when they need help or have questions, and I do what I can. The house is where everything happens. It can get a bit hectic when multiple things happen at once, but I manage to keep things moving. I’ve been in this spot for years and it is where I feel most comfortable. We don't have big signs or advertisements. Word just travels around the village. It is a simple way to live and work, and it suits me just fine. I just try to stay consistent and handle whatever comes my way.
