Minno Softwares is tucked away in Fundurdihari Mahuapara. It’s a quiet area mostly, which is good when you need to focus on writing code. We aren't a big operation with hundreds of employees. Instead, it’s just a handful of us who enjoy the technical side of things. We spent a lot of time setting up this space to be comfortable enough for long hours. You’ll find laptops everywhere and probably some half-eaten snacks on the side tables. We handle software development, mostly helping smaller shops or individuals who need a digital presence. It’s not always easy, especially when a project gets tricky, but we stick with it until it’s finished. People around here know where to find us if they have a computer problem or need a custom program. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see someone typing away at a desk. We prefer it that way because it keeps the overhead low and the focus on the actual work. It’s a simple setup in Mahuapara, nothing too flashy. We just try to do a decent job for whoever walks through the door. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but that’s just part of the life we chose in this industry. It’s honest work and it keeps us engaged with what’s happening in the tech world. We like the independence this gives us.
