Zero Degree Ice Cream

Zero Degree Ice Cream is located at G-14 in Swstik Plaza, which is right by Yogi Chowk in the Varachhali area. We are also near Rajendra Suri Chowk and Hathikhana, so we are kind of in the middle of everything in Ratanpole. It is a good spot because there are always people walking around the plaza, especially in the evenings when it cools down a bit. We spend a lot of time making sure the freezers are working right because that is the most important thing for us. If the power goes out, we have to move fast. The shop itself is simple, with a few counters and the display cases where you can see all the different flavors we have ready. We are not a big corporate chain; we are just a local spot where people come to get something cold. Some days it is very quiet, and we just spend the time cleaning or checking our stock. Other days, especially when it is really hot outside, we can barely keep up with everyone coming in. It is nice to see kids coming in with their parents after school. We have got a few chairs outside the shop in the plaza where people can sit for a minute. It is not a fancy place, just a regular ice cream shop in a busy part of town. We have been here at Swstik Plaza for a while and know most of the other shop owners nearby.
