Zankhana Beauty Parlour Beauty Clinic

We are tucked away at Parle Point, right behind the Hanuman Mandir at L/40. It is a small spot and sometimes you might miss the sign if you aren't looking closely. The parlour has been here for years, and we know most of the ladies who come in by their first names. It’s not one of those big fancy clinics with marble floors. We have our chairs, some older mirrors, and the usual smell of hair spray and threading thread. Zankhana runs the place and she’s usually here from morning until the last customer leaves. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it is around here. We do haircuts, facials, and all that stuff. The temple next door is busy on Tuesdays and Saturdays, so parking gets a bit tight then. Our regulars know to just walk if they live nearby. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but we’ve been too busy to get to it. We keep a stack of old magazines on the table for anyone waiting, though most people just look at their phones now. It’s a comfortable place where you can talk about your day while getting your eyebrows done. Nothing too complicated or posh, just a local business doing what we do every day for the neighborhood folks who want to stop by for a bit.
