Yukta Dairy

Our place, Yukta Dairy, is located right on Chickpet Main Road in the Piplod Sv Lane area. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is out getting their supplies for the day. We deal with milk, curd, paneer, and all those daily essentials. It’s a pretty straightforward business. We get our deliveries early, usually before the sun is even fully up, and then we start getting things ready for the morning rush. People come in with their steel cans or just pick up packets from the fridge. We also have some sweets and ghee on the shelves most of the time. The shop has that cold, fresh smell you’d expect from a dairy. It’s not a place where you hang around and chat for an hour, but we know most of the families who live on the surrounding streets. Sometimes the fridge makes a lot of noise, and we have to keep an eye on the temperature all day to make sure everything stays fresh. It’s hard work because we don’t really get days off; the cows don’t stop, so we can’t either. We keep the floors clean and the counters wiped down as best as we can. It’s just us here, making sure the neighborhood has what they need for their tea and cooking. We don’t do any fancy branding, just a sign out front and the products in the cooler. It's been this way for a while now and we don't plan on changing much.
