Vidisha Winover Factory

Our place, Vidisha Winover Factory, is down in Nani Bazar. If you know where the Swami Narayan Mandir is, you basically know where we are because we are right near it. It is a pretty busy area with all the people coming and going from the temple every single day. This factory has been here for a long time now. It gets loud sometimes, but that is just how it is when you are actually making things. We have a few machines that have been with us for years, and they still do the job just fine for us. Every morning, we open up the metal shutters and get started. There isn't much to say about us that isn't just plain work. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in the world, just a steady one that people can rely on. Most of the guys working here have been with us for a long time, so they know the rhythms of the machines by heart. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a specific batch, and other times we get to head home a bit early when things are quiet. The office is just a small corner with a few chairs and a lot of old ledgers. We don’t go in for fancy decorations or anything like that. People around the bazar know us by name, which is nice. It is a tight community here. We just focus on keeping the production going. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy.
