It's been a while since we set up at Anand Nagar A/9 in Kamrej. We handle the day-to-day work here. People usually stop by when they need parts or something fabricated. It gets noisy with the machines running, but that's just part of it. We aren't doing anything fancy. Just getting the orders out on time. My brother and I started this place because there was work to be done. We keep things pretty simple. If you walk in, you'll see grease on the floor and piles of materials. That’s just how an industrial shop looks. We don't have a big front office or anything. Most of the time we are in the back making sure everything is aligned right. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, which is a bit of a pain, but we manage. We’ve known most of our customers for years now. They know where to find us. Usually, they just give us a call or drop the specs off. We try to keep our prices fair because we live here too. It’s a quiet enough area until the trucks come through to load up. We just keep our heads down and keep the machines moving until the sun goes down. It's not the most exciting job in the world, but it pays the bills and we like being our own bosses.
