Uva Agro Chem

We are located over at the Heera Panna Apartments in Varachha, specifically in the Varachhali area. Our shop is mostly focused on selling chemicals and supplies for farming and local gardening. It’s a practical space, filled with jugs, bags of fertilizer, and various containers stacked along the walls. The smell of the products is quite strong when you first walk in, but we hardly notice it anymore. We spend our days talking to local growers about what they need for their crops or checking our inventory levels. It’s not a fancy office, just a place where we do business across a simple wooden counter. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the narrow lane outside while we unload new stock, which can be a bit of a hassle for the neighbors. We try to work fast to get the path clear again. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time, and most of the farmers in the area know us by sight. We don’t have a big staff, so we end up doing most of the heavy lifting ourselves. It’s a lot of manual work moving those bags around, especially when the weather is humid. During the planting season, things get very hectic and the phone doesn't stop ringing. We just try to keep everything organized and make sure the labels are easy to read. It’s a basic, honest way to make a living, and we’re glad to be part of the Varachha community.
