Uttam Ice Cream Industries

We are located over at Plot No. 252 in Vip Park, which is right off Moti Talav Road. It is more of an industrial kind of area, so you hear a lot of noise from the other plots during the day. We have been operating out of this spot for a good while now. The road can get pretty bumpy, especially after the rains, but we are used to it. Most of our day is spent handling the machines and making sure the cold storage is actually cold enough. It is a lot of manual work, moving heavy stuff back and forth from the trucks. We do not really have a fancy front office or anything like that. If you come by, you will probably just see us in our work gear trying to get the next batch ready for delivery. It gets quite hot in this part of town, so the cooling system is basically the most important thing we own. We have had our fair share of long nights when something breaks down and we have to fix it on the fly. It is just part of the job. The guys who work here live mostly nearby, so we are all locals. We do not really do any big advertising, word of mouth around Moti Talav usually does the trick for us. It is a practical business, we just focus on the product and getting it out the door to our customers.
