Urmil Clinic

Urmil Clinic is located in Katargam, inside Pratibha Apartment at Deri Faliya. It’s a local neighborhood clinic through and through. The building is a regular apartment block, number 3, and we’ve set up our practice there to be close to where people live. Katargam is a dense area with lots of narrow lanes and a very local feel. We aren't on a main highway or in a big mall; we are right in the heart of a residential spot. This means our patients are mostly our neighbors or people living just a few streets away. The clinic itself is quite small and basic. We have a desk, some chairs, and the medical supplies we need for daily checkups. It’s the kind of place where you might hear the sounds of the neighborhood—kids playing or someone calling out from a balcony—while you’re waiting for your turn. We like being in Deri Faliya because it feels authentic. There’s no corporate hierarchy here; it’s just us doing our jobs. We’ve seen families grow up over the years we’ve been here. Sometimes people just drop in to say hello or ask for a bit of medical advice without an appointment. It’s a simple way to run a clinic, but it suits us and the people of Katargam just fine. When it gets hot in the summer, we keep the fans running high, and the patients just sit and chat while they wait for the doctor.
