You will find us on the 3rd floor of the Shiv Shakti Shopping Centre. We are right on Bhatar Road, right next to the Raj Empire Multiplex. It’s a busy spot, especially when a new movie comes out and everyone is heading to the cinema. The shopping centre itself has a lot of different businesses. To get to us, you have to take the lift or the stairs up to the third floor. Being up there gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is always full of cars and people. Our clinic space is fairly large. We have different areas for different types of care. The waiting room has some basic chairs and a water cooler. We try to keep it comfortable for people who are waiting. It can get a bit noisy when the mall is crowded, but usually, it’s okay inside. The staff here is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. We all just get on with our tasks. The floors are tiled, which makes them easy to keep clean. We have our equipment set up in various rooms. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't spend much time on aesthetics; we just make sure we have what’s needed for the patients. Being beside the multiplex makes us easy to find if you’re new to the area.
