The Decora Incorporation

We are located in the Bhavik Complex, specifically at U-L 16. It’s right near Panjra Pole on Ghod Dod Road. This part of Surat is always buzzing, and there is always something going on outside our door. We handle decoration materials and things for the home. The shop is a bit small, so we have stuff stacked up high on the shelves. You have to be careful when you’re looking around so you don't knock anything over. We don't have a big sales team. Usually, it’s just one or two of us helping whoever walks in. We try to keep a good variety of things, but sometimes we run out of the popular items and have to wait for the next delivery. It’s a casual place. We talk to our customers like they are neighbors because most of them are. We aren't into big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here for a while and people know where to find us. The complex can get a bit chaotic on weekends, but we like the energy. We spend our days unpacking boxes and showing people different samples. It’s a lot of standing and talking, but it’s a good way to earn a living. We keep it simple and just do our best. The Decora Incorporation is just our little spot in the middle of a busy city and we hope to keep serving the local community for a long time.
