We are located over at Shop No-7 in the J.B Row House area. Kim Char Rasta is a busy spot, lots of trucks and people moving through the district all day. We do industrial work here, nothing too fancy, just the basic manufacturing and parts that people need. It gets a bit dusty and loud inside the shop, but that’s just the nature of the business. We’ve been in this row house for a few years now. It’s a tight space, so we have to be smart about where we put the machinery. Sometimes it feels like we are tripping over each other, but we get the orders filled. We aren't the kind of place that has a big showroom. Most of our clients come to us because they know we don't mess around with the technical details. We just take the specs and build what’s asked for. It’s a lot of manual labor and long hours. My cousin helps me with the books and the phone, but mostly I’m on the floor. The area around the Rasta is always changing, new shops opening and closing, but we’ve managed to stay put. We don’t do much advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. It’s just a regular shop doing regular work for people who need it done right.
