Surani Hair Art

Surani Hair Art is my place over in Trikam Nagar-2, near the Bombay Market in Surat. You can find us at Shop No. 6, A/10, in Swastik Society. We are very close to the Radhakrishna Temple, which is a nice landmark for people trying to find us. The area around Bombay Market is always packed with people shopping for clothes and fabrics, so it’s a very lively place to have a shop. Inside, it’s a bit more relaxed. I’ve got my mirrors set up and my combs and shears ready to go every morning. We do mostly hair art, but we handle other things too if someone asks. The shop is small, but it’s got a good feel to it. I usually have the door open to let some air in, and you can hear the temple bells sometimes. I’ve lived in Surat my whole life, and Trikam Nagar feels like home. My customers are mostly people from Swastik Society or folks who are already in the market for their shopping. I don't go for fancy talk or making things more complicated than they need to be. If you want your hair done a certain way, I just do it. It’s a simple business, and I’m happy to be part of the neighborhood here. We’ve been here for a while, and I hope to keep the doors open for many more years to come. I like seeing the same faces every month.
